1. Eligibility

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and are a qualified researcher, research institution, or otherwise acquiring products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only.

2. Research use only

All products sold by Jab Lab ("we," "us") are supplied strictly as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research and development. They are NOT drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, are NOT approved for human or veterinary use, and are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree not to use, resell, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption.

3. Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe products may be intended for prohibited use.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due in full at checkout through our authorized payment provider.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except in the case of products damaged in transit or shipped in error. See Shipping & Returns.

7. Assumption of risk & indemnification

You assume all responsibility and risk for the safe and lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products. You agree to indemnify and hold Jab Lab harmless from any claims arising from your handling or use of any product, including any use in violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jab Lab's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
